The location is perfect due to its accessibility to I-94. It is also right across the street from the mall and several restaurants. The room was well-lit and the bed was comfortable. I also loved that they were able to accommodate my requests (high floor, away from elevators and ice machines). That level of customer service was certainly appreciated!

The room was very clean. I liked that the room had a fridge and a coffeemaker. I appreciated that they had a sign for my door to let housekeeping know I had a dog. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. The location was perfect to catch the shuttle bus to the Ann Arbor Art Fair. I didn't have to deal with traffic and parking downtown.

Highly recommend. Excellent check-in--the staff member was courteous and made sure we were fully informed on the hotel and it's offerings. She even provided us a champagne toast while checking us in! The room was not large but very clean and comfortable (standard king), the shower pressure was excellent, and the a/c was a bonus--stayed cool all night and didn't turn off or moderate during the night as some places do--so we stayed very comfortable. We stayed on July 4, but the hotel was quiet. Lots of available free parking. It's near the mall and restaurants although you'll need a car to get to some of them. We were only there 1 night and had family in the area, so we didn't try the rest of the properties amenities and can't provide a comment.

The property is very welcoming the staff was very nice and I love that they offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect close to mall downtown Ann Arbor and a lot of restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.

Front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The Champagne reception was a welcome treat after a long journey. The room was clean and roomy. Having a fridge was indispensable. The location is alright if you hire a car or take taxies, though it is not terribly walkable to shops. There are a few corporate restaurants within walking distance.

Very nice hotel with a welcoming lobby Entrance and great indoor pool facilities! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in town.

I found it a perfect place to spend a few days in Ann Arbor to visit my daughter studying at Ross. The staff are very friendly , while not invasive of privacy. The rooms are spacious and well fitted. It counts with a nice gym and indoor pool. In my view it offers an outstanding quality-price value. I will deffinetly stay at the Kensington in my next visit to Ann Arbor. Thank you for making me feel at home.
